Can admin edit existing attendance policy?

Yes, the admin can edit an existing attendance policy.
The greytHR's Attendance Policy page allows you to create attendance policies for your employees and add rules to the policies.


To edit an existing attendance policy, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Settings icon > System Settings > Attendance Attendance Policy.
  2. Click the Edit Policy Info icon available on each attendance policy. The page displays options to configure the attendance policy.
  3. From the dropdown list, select the required options such as Attendance Status Criteria, Penalty Rules, and Regularization Rules to configure attendance policy rules for your employees.
  4. Click the All Rules tab in each option to configure rules for your employees.
    Note: You can edit the rules by clicking the Edit icon available next to each attendance policy rule.
  5. Click the Selected Rules tab in each option to view the rules you select for your employees.
  6. Click the Next and Previous buttons to shuffle between the Attendance Status CriteriaPenalty Rules, and Regularization Rules pages.
  7.  Click Finish to save the attendance policy. 

Note: You can edit the attendance policy header info by clicking the  Edit Policy Header Info icon available on each attendance policy.
