How can admin edit existing task template?

A task template is a predefined set of instructions or guidelines used to carry out a particular task or process consistently. 

To edit the existing task template, perform the following actions:

  1. From your greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings Checklist Template Gallery.
  2. On the Template Gallery page, click on the required group. The list of task templates appears on the left side.
  3. Click the ⁝ icon. The EditDelete, and Duplicate option appears.
  4. Click the Edit option. A Create Checklist window appears.
  5. Update the required details.
  6. Click the Save button to edit the selected task template.
    Note: You can also delete or make the duplicate template by clicking the Delete or Duplicate option.
