A company policy document is a formal written document that outlines the guidelines, rules, and regulations that govern the behavior, conduct, and practices of employees within an organization.
To download the company policy from the mobile application, the employee must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR mobile application, navigate to Explore > Documents. The Document Center screen appears.
- Tap the Company Policies card. The card expands and displays a list of policies.
- Select the required policy. For example, General. The General screen opens.
- Tap the Download button on the required policy card to download the policy file.
