Device detect accurately categorizes devices accessing websites or applications, including smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers. It helps optimize user experiences by tailoring content based on specific device attributes.
To view detailed information on a DeviceDetect request, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Workflow > Review > DeviceDetect. The DeviceDetect page appears and displays a list of application cards.
- Click the required application card. The card expands.
- Click View Details. The card opens and displays details such as Model, Device, On, Device ID, Requested On, Reason, and DeviceDetect History.
