Previous employment details are the information about an employee's work history before joining the current organization. The information includes details such as the name of the previous employer, job title, job responsibilities, and employment dates.
To make the employee's previous employment details tab visible on the IT declaration page, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > Income Tax > IT Declaration. The IT Declaration page opens.
- From the Financial Year dropdown list, select the required financial year.
- From the Category dropdown list, select Previous Employment Salary.
- Click Save to reflect the previous employment details in the IT declaration.
Note: If the employee joins in the current FY then only previous employer details reflect in the IT declaration.
