The payroll cut-off date, is the specific date chosen by an employer to mark the end of a pay period. It signifies the point at which the employer stops recording work hours and other relevant information for that period.  After the payroll cut date, the employer processes payroll by calculating wages based on the recorded data.

To change the payroll cut-off date, the admin must perform the following actions:

    1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Payroll > Main > Overview. The Overview page opens.
    2. Click the Edit icon available below the slider. The Update Payroll Info pop-up appears.
    3. In the Number Of Work Days text box, enter the working days of employees.
    4. From the Cutoff Fromdate and Cutoff Todate dropdown calendar, select the dates you want to set for payroll.
    5. Click Update to change the payroll cut-off date.
