How can an employee add comments after submitting the permission application using a mobile application?

The permission module enables employees to request advance permission for time off, helping them avoid attendance regularization while assisting managers in effectively planning work schedules.


To add comments after submitting the permission application, the employee must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR mobile application, navigate to Explore > Attendance > Permissions. The Permissions screen appears and displays the Pending and History tab.
  2. Under the Pending tab, tap the arrow available on the application. The View Details screen appears.
  3. Tap View Timeline button. The Timeline screen appears.
  4. In the Write here text box, enter the required comment.
    Note: The employee can also attach the file if required by tapping the Attach files option available under the text box.
  5. Tap Post to add the comments after submitting the permission application.
