How can admin identify employees with a negative salary for a specific month?

A negative salary for an employee can occur due to the errors encountered while payroll processing or taking an advance from salary. 


To check for employees with negative salary, the admin must perform the following actions;

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Payroll > Main > Overview. The Overview page opens.
  2. The Negative Salary card displays the employees with negative salary.
  3. Select the required employee. The Salary page opens and displays the detailed salary structure.
