How can admin view the loan details of an employee?

Many companies offer loans or financial agreements to their employees primarily for personal purposes. 


To view the loan details of an employee, the admin must perform the following actions;

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Payroll > Payroll inputs > Loan. The Loan page opens.
  2. From the Search Employee search box, enter the name or number of the employee whose loan details you want to view.
  3. Click the Loan Details tab. The page displays the complete installment details such as Transaction Type, Date, Amount, To Principle, To Interest, Actual Principle, and Actual Interest.
