Managers access their team members to build communication, real-time updates, and efficient task delegation. This enhances collaboration and progress tracking. Also facilitates timely decision-making within the team.
To access team members, the manager must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR mobile application, navigate to Explore > People. The People page opens.
- Under the My Team tab, in the Search employee search box, enter the name or ID of the required team member. The screen displays the selected employee’s card with the employee's name and number.
- Tap the employee card to view the selected team member's Extension Number (if any), Mobile number, Email ID, Emergency Contact Number, Location, Designation, and much more.
