How can an employee call/email other employees on greytHR mobile app?

The add-on feature in the greytHR mobile app facilitates contacting an employee by enabling convenient phone calls or email communication. 


To call/email other employees, an employee must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR mobile application, navigate to Explore > People. The People page opens.
  2. Under the Everyone/Starred tab, in the Search employeesearch box, enter the name or ID of the required employee/team member who you want to contact. 
    1. Tap the Call icon to call the employee/team member quickly.
    2. Tap the Email inbox icon. You will be directed to your mailbox. You can compose an email and share it with the employee/team member.
      Note: You are redirected to your default email application to compose the email as per your requirements.
