How can admin enable Diagnostic Logs for employees?

Created by Raghul David, Modified on Mon, 19 Feb at 2:27 PM by Product Content Team

A diagnostic log is like a journal that keeps track of what happens when you use software or apps. It helps find and fix problems by recording events and errors.

To enable/disable Diagnostic Logs for employees, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > Miscellaneous > Advanced Options. The Advanced Options page opens.
  2. In the Search search box, enter Diagnostic Logs. The page displays the Diagnostic Logs option.
  3. Under the Value column, click the Diagnostic Logs checkbox.
  4. Click Save to enable the Diagnostic Logs option for employees.

Note: The Diagnostic Logs toggle will be visible to an employee when the admin enables it.
