A diagnostic log is like a journal that keeps track of what happens when you use software or apps. It helps find and fix problems by recording events and errors.
To enable/disable Diagnostic Logs for employees, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > Miscellaneous > Advanced Options. The Advanced Options page opens.
- In the Search search box, enter Diagnostic Logs. The page displays the Diagnostic Logs option.
- Under the Value column, click the Diagnostic Logs checkbox.
- Click Save to enable the Diagnostic Logs option for employees.
Note: The Diagnostic Logs toggle will be visible to an employee when the admin enables it.
