The admin can set up user-roles-based restrictions and enable/disable the Employee Change Password option for employees to see the change password option in the greytHR mobile app.
To enable/disable the Employee Change Password option for employees, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Settings > User Administration > User > User Roles. The User Roles page opens displaying a list of users.
- Select the required User and click the Edit icon available on the User card. A form appears.
- From the Category dropdown list, select Select Category.
- In the Search search box, type Employee Change Password. A table with the Employee Change Password feature appears.
- Select the Read Access and Write Access checkboxes to provide the access.
- Click Save to update the changes and provide access to the required users. A success message appears.
