How can admins generate a bank transfer file for an expense batch?

To generate a bank transfer file from the greytHR Admin login, hover over the 9 dots and go to Expense > Admin Tools > Batch Configuration

  1. Select one or more approved expense records from the Payment Pending tab. A floating banner appears with two options: Generate Bank Transfer File and Initiate Payment Manually.

  2. Click Generate Bank Transfer File. A slider opens.

  3. Select a Bank Template from the dropdown. The fields configured for that template appear in the slider.

  4. Fill in the required details and click Generate. The records move to the Payment Initiated tab.
