Can an employee refer multiple candidates for the same job?

Yes. The employees can refer multiple candidates for the same job posting. They need to:

1. Open the Hiring menu in the greytHR ESS portal and click IJP & Referral.

2. Click Refer a Candidate.

3. Enter the candidate’s details and submit the application.

4. Repeat the process for additional referrals.

Each referred candidate will have a separate entry under My Referrals for tracking.
