How can admin create request type in Request Hub?

A request type is the category of request employees submit such as a leave request, cab booking, or custom requests based on organizational needs.


To create a request type in the request hub, from the greytHR Admin login go to Workflow > Setup > Workflow Levels.


  1. Under General Settings select the Workflow Type as Request Hub.

  2. Under Request Type, click the Edit icon. Add/Edit Request Types form appears.

    1. Click + Create New

    2. Add the category name in the Enter Category Name text box and click Save.
