What is to be done if the user’s mobile device is rooted?

Created by Product Content Team, Modified on Mon, 14 Oct at 5:49 PM by Product Content Team

A rooted device is one where the user has gained administrative access to the operating system, which can make the device more vulnerable to security risks.

If the device is rooted, switch to a non-rooted device to continue using the greytHR mobile app. Rooted devices are no longer supported by greytHR.
