How can admin configure an FBP item as per employee specifications?

The Flexible Benefits Plan (FBP) is an arrangement where the employees customize their benefits package as per the requirements

As an admin, to configure an FBP item as per employee specifications, you must enable the Enable FBP Item-Wise Release option from the Advanced Options page. 


To enable the item-wise release option, perform the following actions:


  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > Miscellaneous > Advanced Options. The Advanced Options page opens.

  2. From the Section dropdown list, select All.

  3. In the Search search box, enter Enable FBP Item-Wise Release. The page displays the option.

  4. Click the Enable FBP Item-Wise Release checkbox. 

  5. Click Save to update the changes.
