Why is the company logo not reflected on the employee’s payslip even though the company does not fall under multi-company feature?

To ensure that the company logo reflects accurately in the employee’s payslip as an admin, you must verify the following points:

  • Update the company logo on the Company Settings page. Learn how to update the logo here.

  • Update the entity company logo on the Multi Company Info page in case of a multi-company. Learn how to update the entity company logo here.


Note: You must also ensure that you have created a category as Company on the Employee Position page.
