How can admin use a single device to record both the swipe-in and swipe-out activities of an employee with visage?

greytHR Visage is a facial recognition-based attendance management system offered by greytHR.

To utilize a single device to record both the swipe-in and swipe-out activities of an employee, as an admin you must perform the following actions:

1. From your Android mobile device, using the Play Store, Install the application, greytHR Visage.

2. After signing in, you are redirected to the Kiosk dashboard. 

3. Under Settings, tap Change now. The Kiosk Settings screen appears.

4. Under Current device is used for, select the option Both.

Note: When you select Both, all the swipes are identified as Swipe In or Swipe Out. On the Employee Swipe page, the first swipe is marked as In, and the last swipe is marked as Out.

5. Tap Save to update to update the changes.

After selecting Both from your Android device, the admin must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Settings > System Settings > Attendance > Attendance Options. The Attendance Options page opens.

2. Enable the checkbox Allow the system to identify every In/Out swipe type.

3. Click Save to update the changes.
