Why does greytHR web interface prompt the employee to sign in again, even though they have already signed in from their mobile app?

greytHR’s web interface prompts the employee to sign in again even after signing in from their mobile app, if the employee’s shift’s in margin is set to 0. This means that any swipes recorded before the in-time are considered for the previous day, and such swipes are not recorded for the current day's shift. This results in the display of only the Sign In button. 


To resolve this, the admin must increase the in margin. However, the swipes already recorded will continue to be considered for the previous day. The updated configuration will become effective from the next day.
