With greytHR's Workflow feature, the admin can create workflows for different events and assign tasks to reviewers.
To set up an event driven workflow, the admin must perform the following actions:
From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Workflow > Setup > Workflow Levels. The Workflow Levels page opens.
Click Add Workflow Level →. A form appears.
Under General Settings, from the Select Workflow Type dropdown list, select Events.
In the Policy Name text box, enter the required name of policy.
In the Policy Description box, enter the description of policy.
From the Event Type dropdown list, select the required type of event.
From the Employee Filter dropdown list, select the required employee category.
Note: You can also click the + Add New Filter icon to add a new employee filter as per your requirements.Click Save Policy to save the General Settings.
Click Next to move to the Workflow Levels settings.
Under Reviewer Levels, select any one of the 1 Levels/2 Levels/3 Levels/4 Levels/5 Levels/6 Levels/7 Levels options as per your requirements.
Under Application Actions, select the options as per your requirements. The reviewers can view and perform the actions on the application based on the selected application action.
Click Add Task to assign the task to the reviewer. The Create Task window appears.
In the Task text box, enter the required task name.
In the Description box, enter a valid description for the task.
Click Add Attachments. The dialog box appears.
Browse to the folder, select the required file, and click Open.
Note: Admin can also add form by clicking the Add Form option.Select the Make Attachment(s) Mandatory for Reviewer option using the checkbox to make the attachment mandatory.
Click Save to add the task.
