The total work hours are the duration of work hours between first sign-in and last sign-out time. For example, if the employee signs in at 9 am and signs out at 7 pm, then the total work hours are 10 hours.
The admin can track the employees working hours on the greytHR's Attendance Info page under the Leave module.
The employee can view their attendance and overtime data from their ESS portal Attendance Info page.
