How can employee log in to ESS Portal using social networking websites such as Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn?

The greytHR ESS (Employee Self-Service) portal is an online platform provided by greytHR.


The ESS portal enables employees to access and manage their personal HR-related information and perform self-service tasks.


To log in to greytHR using social networking websites for the first time, the employee must perform the following actions:

  1. Navigate to the greytHR Login page.

  2. On the greytHR Login page, under the Log In button, you can view icons for GoogleFacebook, and LinkedIn accounts. Click the required icon of the social network account you want to use for logging in to greytHR. 

  3. You are redirected to the respective social network page. Follow the steps on the page to create the greytHR account.
     Kindly complete the authorization process. This step is important to authorize your social network account with greytHR. After the authorization process is complete, the greytHR Home page opens.


To log in to greytHR using social networking websites after completing the authorization process, the employee must perform the following actions:

  1. Navigate to the greytHR Login page.

  2. On the greytHR Login page, under the Log In button, you can view icons for GoogleFacebook, and LinkedIn accounts. Click the required icon of the social network account you want to use for logging in to greytHR. You are redirected to the respective social network page.

  3. Use your social network's email ID and password to log in to the greytHR application.
