When an employee is asked to add their biography, it means they are expected to provide a written summary or description of their professional background, skills, qualifications, and experiences.
To add the biography to the ESS portal, the employee must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR ESS portal Home page, click the Settings icon next to your profile picture. The Account Settings page opens.
- Under My Profile > Biography, click the Edit icon.
- In the Biography description box, enter your biography details.
- Click Save Changes to add your biography to the ESS portal.
