The specific information and requirements associated with a particular role or position of an employee within an organization will be available in the ESS portal. These details typically include the job title, joining details, current position and previous employment.
To view details related to your current position in the ESS portal, the employee must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR ESS login, navigate to View My Info. The Employee Information page opens.
- Click Employment & Job. The Current Position tab displays all details related to your current position such as Attendance Scheme, Branch, Company, Cost Center, Department, Grade, and Leave Scheme.
- Click Show more to view details such as your current Location, Reporting To, and Subdepartment.
Note: You can also click View Timeline to view your position history in a timeline.
