How can employee view and download their previous month’s payslip?

A payslip is a document issued by an employer to employees, providing a breakdown of their salary, deductions, and other pertinent details.

To view and download the previous month’s payslip, the employee must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR ESS portal, navigate to Salary > Payslips. The Payslips page opens.
2. From the Month dropdown list, select the previous month for which you want to view the payslip. Under the Payslip tab, you can view the selected month’s payslip.
3. Click the Download icon to download the payslip. The selected month’s payslip downloads in pdf format.
