What is Payroll Reconciliation?

Payroll reconciliation is a process where the Payroll department checks the current month's payroll, compares it against the previous month's payroll against the inputs received, and verifies to make sure that the current month's payroll is calculated properly.


Payroll Reconciliation Report

This is the output of payroll reconciliation process through which the Payroll Processor compares the salary register of current payroll cycle with that of previous cycle, verifies component wise as well as total, and net pay of employees to ensure that the current payroll process is accurate. In case of differences, the same will be recorded as variance.
