How can admin map CTC value with CTC items components?

Cost to Company (CTC) represents the total cost incurred by a company to employ a person, encompassing salary, allowances, bonuses, benefits, and contributions, offering a comprehensive view of the monetary value tied to hiring and retaining an employee.


To map the CTC value with the CTC items components, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Payroll Setup Payroll Repository. The Payroll Repository page opens.
  2. In the components table, navigate to Calculation Fields > CTC Items > Monthly CTC/Annual CTC.
  3. On the right side of the screen, under the General Properties tab, from the CTC Group dropdown list, select CTC.
    Note: The CTC value can be mapped only with one component at a time.
  4. Click Save Changes to map the CTC value with the CTC items components.
