There has been a significant increase in our costs since 2018 when our prices were last revised. Inflation alone has meant our input costs have gone up by 29%. This price hike will serve to ensure that we continue providing the highest quality of services to our 20,000+ customers and continue to add more features and value to our customers.
greytHR has also seen numerous upgrades, enhancements, and feature additions while there has been no increase in prices. Just in the last year, we have added a diverse and helpful set of features (ranging from the People Analytics Hub, a brand new and completely revamped mobile app, Employee Confirmation Workflow, and Loan Workflow to Direct Tally Integration, Graphical Org Chart, and an AI-powered chatbot for users and employees). The value our customers receive from greytHR has increased tremendously since our last price change. This price hike will enable us to continue on this path of regularly adding more features that can help our customers automate and improve the efficiencies of their HR and payroll processes.
