How can admin update deductors' details in Form 24Q?

Updating deductors' details in Form 24Q refers to the process of modifying or changing the information related to the deductors (employers) in Form 24Q, which is a quarterly statement of tax deducted at source (TDS) from salaries.


To update deductors' details in Form 24Q, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Payroll > Admin > Form 24Q. The Form 24Q page opens.
  2. Click the Settings icon available next to the Challans option. The Form 24Q Settings page opens.
  3. Under Particulars of Deductor (Employer), enter all the relevant details.
  4. Click Save to update the deductor details in Form 24Q.
