How can employee view forms released by the employer?

Many documents are provided by the employer to employees for various purposes. These forms contain important information, collect necessary data, or facilitate processes within the employment relationship.


Employers provide these forms to ensure compliance, streamline processes, and maintain accurate records within the employment relationship.


To view the forms released by their employer, the employee must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR ESS portal, navigate to Document Center. The Document Center page opens.
  2. In the Forms card, click View All. The Forms section appears.
  3. Under Jump To heading, click PF Forms/Company Handbook 2020/LWF Form/General as per your requirements. The page displays the forms released by the employer.
