How can an employee submit their Voluntary Provident Fund (VPF) contribution?

The Voluntary Provident Fund (VPF) is an investment option available for employees who are already contributing to the Employee Provident Fund (EPF).

To submit VPF, the employee must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR ESS portal, navigate to Salary > Flexi Pay. The Flexi Pay / Edit Form page opens.
2. Under the FBP Components column, select the FBP VPF checkbox. 
3. Under the Preferences column, in the ₹ textbox, enter your preferred contribution.
   Note: You cannot contribute a lesser value than the previous month. You can either contribute the same amount or a higher amount.
4. Click Submit to contribute your VPF.
