Tracking employees' time away from the office and implementing a process for requesting permission helps in productivity monitoring, attendance regularization, and efficient work planning. It enables both employees and managers to align their schedules, ensure compliance with policies, and optimize productivity within the organization.

To review a teammate's workflow request, the manager must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR ESS portal, navigate to To Do > Review. The Review page opens.
  2. Select Permission from the workflow category menu.
  3. The Active tab displays all the active requests raised by your teammate for the permission workflow. Click View Details for the request you want to review. The relevant page opens.
  4. On the recently opened page, you can view the complete details of the raised request. You can also view the Application Timeline of the request.
Note: The Application Timeline displays the detailed history of the raised request, such as the date on which the request was submitted & accepted and with whom the request is pending. You can also post a comment with an attachment in the ticket using the application timeline.
  5. After your review, take the necessary action as per your requirements, such as Withdraw/Accept/Forward/Accept & Forward/Revoke/Resolve
